Throughout Jake's career (see Background) he has used his Finance degree for every company he has started or taken on as a client. He has created projections/growth performa's, produced & managed balance sheets, income statements, and statement of cash flows, developed and maintained financial KPI records, managed PnL statements, and built/assigned valuations based off these exercises and data.
Not only has he been crafting these tools for the past 8 years, he also has needed to program/develop excel formulas and VBA applications to efficiently execute these duties.
These simple tools, formulas, and applications, would help him manage businesses and budget for software development projects, operational procedures, and assess runway's as a startup making sure he always hit deadlines or goals - on time and under budget.
