For the past 8 years (see Background) Jake has proven exceptional at finding talent to build out teams with strengths either he did not possess or are required for the projects success. He has a knack for quickly recognizing an aspect of a dynamic a team is missing and then he can go out and find that perfect fit for optimal synergy. This means he has had to perform in every step of the hiring process, from developing the perfect profile for sourcinc candidates, to setting up the campaigns/funnels, conducting interviews, writing their employment contracts, onboarding, training the new hire, and finally managing that new hire.
