For the past 8 years, At Elosophy, GLA, ADG, & Mylai (see Background), Jake has actively participated in every step of development. From, gathering client requirements, to building the accompanying UI/UX in balsamiq, to budgeting for the projects (ROM's, Roadmapping...etc.), and managing development and the SOW, internally and externally. Jake has played these roles in an Agile environment and a Waterfall environment, his management style is detail and results driven, with the end customer experience being a top priority.
